At 36 years of age, it’s really time that I take my health and fitness seriously.
On 12/13/14 I bought the 4 Hour Body, by Tim Ferriss and promptly started his “slow-carb” diet. Within a few weeks I also bought my first kettlebell and started swinging away.
Here’s my 4 week check in:
I’ve lost 8 pounds of fat while gaining 2 pounds of muscle. (10 body reshape)
I’ve lost 2.25 total inches thus far (measuring chest, waist, hips, biceps and thighs).
My body fat% went down 3.5%. Considering the holidays, I think this is great!
